Frank Jacob Zigurski was born on 21 Jan 1889 in Warsaw, Poland. He died in Oct 1951 in Illinois. He married Josephine Catherine Spulnik.
Frank met Josephine (his future wife) at a dance in Poland and again at a wedding. They independently moved to Chicago, Illinois, got reacquainted and were married in their early 20's. He worked in a foundry as a bridge tender and as a watchman on a farm.
Josephine Catherine Spulnik [Parents] [scrapbook] "Busha" was born on 10 Mar 1889 in Near Warsaw, Poland. She died on 21 Aug 1971 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Frank Jacob Zigurski.
Josephine's mother died when she was 10. Her father remarried and her stepmother was very cruel.
Josephine was born in Ropa, Austria and came to the US on July 16, 1916 at the age of 20. She sailed from Rotterdam, S. Holland aboard the SS Noordam to Ellis Island. Copies of the documents from Ellis Island are in the pictures section.
Josephine met Frank (her future husband) at a dance in Poland and again at a wedding. They independently moved to Chicago, Illinois, got reacquainted, and were married in their early 20's.
